We’ll be serving up our favourite thing, a Big Fat Greek BBQ, cooked over charcoal and bursting with flavour, sunshine (hopefully), and a lot of love.

On the grill, you’ll find:

Lamb Souvlaki • Chicken Souvlaki • Halloumi & Pitta
(with a vegan option available)

And of course, no Greek feast would be complete without all the sides and dips:

Houmous • Tzatziki • Taramasalata
Homemade Hot Chilli Sauce
Traditional Greek Salad • Greek Potato Salad • Pesto Pasta Salad

During cocktail hour, a grazing table will be available with a selection of cheeses, breads, and small bites.

Later in the evening, in Scandi style, there will be frankfurters, potato wraps, bread, sauces, and sides.

FOOD

For food, children under 14 will be served a burger from the BBQ, if you need to bring for own for dietary reasons that is of course no problem. If anyone aged 14 or over would prefer a burger instead of the main Greek BBQ menu, just let us know and we’ll happily arrange that.

There will also be a grazing table available for everyone throughout the day, and a vegan option will be available. Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or dietary requirements so we can make sure everyone is catered for.

In keeping with Norwegian tradition, we’ll have a fabulous dessert table stocked with bakes and treats for everyone to enjoy. Nikki may have mentioned it (for the thousandth time), but she almost made it onto Bake Off, so we’re excited to host The Great Wedding Bake Off!

If you love baking, we’d be thrilled if you’d bring along something to share. It doesn’t have to be perfect, just made with love. And who knows, you might even walk away with a coveted apron…

BAR

There’ll be a fully stocked cash/contactless bar with wine, beer, spirits, soft drinks and two speciality cocktails. Let’s just say, if you know them well, you can probably guess what’s on that menu.

They’re also hosting a little taste of Norway during the evening! Nikki’s family, who run the Lomb Brewery in Lom, are bringing over a selection of their beers for a mini tasting, a proper slice of home. And of course, one of them had to be Bryllup… their very own wedding beer! Join Olav at 7:45pm at the Lom-bar-di 😉 to raise a glass and sample something special.

Please RSVP by 1st June so we can ensure our caterers are prepared. We kindly ask that only those on your invite respond, and that RSVPs are submitted via the website - no texts or emails, please.

Please only RSVP for those on your invite.

If we don’t receive your RSVP by the deadline, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend. Please also let us know of any dietary requirements so everyone can be catered for.
